Zanpakuto sheathed desciption:
In its sealed state, Harribel's Zanpakuto, while not particularly long, is unusually wide and has the distinction of being completely hollow in the middle, essentially consisting of nothing more than the edges of what would otherwise be a normal sword. Its handle is purple and its guard is as wide as its blade, with three small holes on either end that Harribel uses to unsheathe it.
Zanpakuto Abilities:
Ola Azul: Spanish for "Blue Wave". A technique in which Harribel pulls her sword back as it gathers yellow spiritual energy within the hollow portion of her blade and launches it towards her opponent, in the form of an energy blade projectile. She has also demonstrated the ability to keep the energy concentrated within the hollowed out portion of the blade and unleash it in the form of a ribbon when attacking
Resurreccion Appearance:
The Hollow fragments she has in her sealed state become a collar with extensions that cover her nipples, in addition to spaulders on her shoulders with two ribbon-like protrusions on her back that bare a resemblance to shark fins. A thin, spine-like structure also forms on her stomach, spanning from her waist to the underside of her breasts. Harribel now wears a mini-skirt consisting of bones that appear to surround a dark undergarment. She wears a pair of knee-length boots and elbow-length gloves as well. Her weapon takes the form of a broad pata, which resembles an elongated shark tooth, featuring an unusual hilt with a hand guard that completely covers her hand. The sword also possesses what appear to be gill markings along either side of the blade. Harribel loses her three braids, making her hair become messy, and gains two lightning bolt markings on both sides of her face.
Resurreccion Abilities:
Water Manipulation: Her primary ability in this form is the creation and manipulation of water.[41] The water used for her attacks is generated by the gill-markings on her blade
Hirviendo: Spanish for "Boiling", Harribel points her blade out and instantly boils any form of water that comes close to it, including ice, and deflects it around her
Cascada: Spanish for "Waterfall", Harribel launches a rushing surge of water at her enemy. The torrent of high pressure water is large enough to cover several town blocks
La Gota: Spanish for "The Drop", Harribel is able to condense large amounts of water around her blade before firing it as a blast that resembles a shark tooth. She has also demonstrated the ability to fire multiple blasts in rapid succession with relative ease. The blasts strike with enough force to demolish houses.

Bio:
Harribel rarely speaks, and when she does, she's fairly serious and this rather stern view is usually accompanied by crossing her arms when not engaged in combat. Compared to her fellow Espada, who are usually arrogant, boastful, impulsive, battle-hungry, bloodthirsty, and egotistical, Harribel is composed, receptive, analytical, and prefers not to engage in combat; she is content on silently observing both parties until the fighting reaches its conclusion, and actually fights only when she is challenged and attacked by an opponent or commanded to fight by her superiors. However as most beings when provoked to a harsh degree Harribel can be quite aggressive and brutal in striking back. Though such a state of mind is difficult bring forth from her, most likely coming from betrayal.
She holds Aizens powers in quite high regard and seems fairly content following his lead into battle or just simply his commands. Considering her usual stern and collected manner it is not surprising Aizen would find much more use for her along with Ulquiorra due to their less likely chances of being wild cards like Grimmjow or Noitora. A woman who is no nonsense in her actions with no interest in playing about nor fun in serious matters, as well as being confident in her power and sense of self.
Being one of the strongest Espada, her powers range over water itself, creating, manipulating and bending the very element to her will. She is also the Arrancar that governs the aspect of death, Sacrifice.
RP Sample:
The bumbling of her fraccion sounded not far from her quarters, as they argued and bickered about pointless matters, they tended to do that more than she cared for though she avoided always getting involved in stopping them. Eventually they would work it out, or bring down her own wrath for pestering her time of contemplation. Ever since she has become an Arrancar she had felt her power increase and increase, the power of water was her strength from creating to boiling it, such things were second nature to her now, much like when she was a hollow. A mindless beast of destruction, they had improved from them, her and her fraccion, to a greater state of life. The Arrancar. As much as they had progressed, her fraccion seemed to keep the inability to get along from the moment they all gathered. The Third Espada sat cross legged on her bed, her white coat hung open to reveal her hollow mask covering the lower half of her face along with the small coverage of her chest, her Zanpakuto was connected to her back, she usually carried it around with her unless called to a meeting with Aizen. As the arguing continued, a small sigh escaped the stern woman as she pushed herself from the bed and glided towards the door.
Quietly and undetected Harribel slipped from her quarters and stepped slowly down the hallway of her quarters, the spiteful yelling come closer as it grew in volume, until finally she turned the corner into the main hall of her section of Hueco Mundo, to see Apache and Mira Rose almost in fisticuffs, Sun Sun stood off the side spitting the odd collected comment about children which grasped both the heat from the other pair. Tia silently watched her companions go at it a moment longer before allowing her reiatsu to be sensed along with a small ‘hmph’ escaping her mouth from behind her mask. The trio quickly deceased their bickering, all apologising to her Espada for their behaviour as they tended to do. She was familiar with this scene. They would apologise and calm for some time, before ultimately returning to their previous behaviour. Tia did not let it bother her too much however, instead she calmly spoke to them, her aura cold as usual.
“Apache, Mira, Sun Sun. You are too loud again.”
Her statement was followed by another collection of apologises and the blaming of each other with the quiet snide comments slithering free from the corner of their lips. Harribel ignored it, as she continued to walk forwards, past her companions and towards the door way.
“Clean up this mess…”
A stern order spoken a she stepped out of the hall, the last thing she heard was acceptance to the command at the beginning of another series of fighting.
Harribel continued forward on her brief walk, her gloved hands flowing to the front of her jacket as she smoothly buttoned it up to her nose, covering her entre torso and lower half of her face. While she was not an overly vain person, she did take some pride in her appearance, yet at the same time the rather gruesome mask was something she never had a chance to choose, and it was quite the intimidating sight. She preferred to keep such a thing hidden from sight, though her Resurreccion on the other hand was quite the opposite. She had no issue showing her flesh, and her figure. The Espada continued down the hall, her expression as stern as ever as she came closer to a large doorway, around her the other Espada began to gather, all awaiting the large doors to pry open into a meeting room. It did so, in the far distance sat Aizen with a tea grasped between his fingers. She studied him, his arrogance rivalled that of the Espada altogether, yet his power was something he could be arrogant about, with his power and his ambitions she would follow his lead.
